Our loans and investments are for a variety of growth and expansion activities that support business growth and job creation across the areas in which we operate. Activities include marketing and sales team development, operational scaling up and new product or service enhancement. Equity investments must be matched with at least an equal amount of private investment, which The FSE Group can work with the company to source.

Our assessment process concentrates on the expansion plans and future cash flows of a business rather than requiring historic profit track record or tangible security cover. Funding is for expansion purposes and cannot be used for refinancing of existing loans or creditors, or for working capital not directly arising from future growth.
